Hard Floor Care
BreakUp Floor Stripper
This stripper has no harsh odors and removes the hardest coatings!
Breakup is purple in color and has an almond fragrance. Use to remove floor wax (carnauba), finishes (acrylic, styrene, polymers, copolymers, oligomers, metal cross-linked) and sealers (acrylic, water-based urethane).

Directions: WEAR GLOVES AND STRIPPING BOOTS WHEN APPLYING. STRIP ONLY A MANAGEABLE AREA AT A TIME. Dilute with warm water as follows:

| HEAVY BUILD-UP: | 1 part to 1 part water |
| AUTOMATIC SCRUBBER: | 1 part to 10 parts water |
Apply liberally to the floor- leave the surface VERY WET. Allow to remain on the floor for 5-10 minutes. Agitate for 100% removal. Pick up solution with a wet vac. If any finish remains (like around the baseboard) re-apply stripping solution and agitate. Allow the floor to dry completely. No rinsing is necessary if surface appears to be dust-free after drying. **Although this is a fast-evaporating, rinse-free stripper, many tile manufacturers recommend rinsing all stripping solutions.
Double Duty Neutral Floor Cleaner
This low pH, all-purpose cleaner removes the dirt but not the shine! The formula gives maximum dilution- excellent for use in autoscrubbers or damp mopping.

Prefer High speed floor finish
From Prefer’s excellent initial gloss to the long-term durability, you will agree it’s the best! Gives a wet shine day in and day out! Provides a durable coating with superior resistance to dirt penetration, scuffing and black heal marks. Prefer can be burnished, spray buffed or left alone. It contains 22% solids and covers approx 2,000 sq ft per gallon.

Directions: Strip all old finish from the floor. Rinse and allow to dry. Apply 4-5 coats of Prefer with a clean synthetic mop, allowing the floor to dry between coats.
Maintenance: Dust mop with untreated mop or sweep daily. Mop or autoscrub as necessary with a neutral floor cleaner (Double Duty). Burnish to maintain a ‘wet look’ appearance.
Toro d cleaner/degreaser
Great performance and fragrance makes Toro-D our best selling product! This powerful non-butyl cleaner quickly breaks up all types of greases and oils.
Use Toro-D for top scrubbing- in the proper dilution, it can be used in an autoscrubber. It has controlled foam for freer rinsing and an odor counteractant for professional deodorizing. Removes grease, oil, soot, carbon, printers ink, crayon, lipstick, wax, food spills, rubber burns, algae and mildew stains, etc.
